 SPACE AND S ASSOCIATE THE SPACES BY NUMERICAL SUITE
 NUMBERS AND TO HAVE A PERMIT FOR EACH SUITE. WE WILL
 CREATE A SECOND PERMIT ONCE THE TWO TENANT SPACES CAN
 BE IDENTIFIED.
  
 2) THIS BUILDING IS A HIGH RISE BUILDING. THE PROJECT
 INFORMATION LOCATED ON THE COVER SHEET IDENTIFIES THIS
 BUILDING AS A TYPE III-B BUILDING.
 PLEASE REVIEW FBC-BUILDING TABLE 503 IT APPEARS THE
 MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE FOR A 12 STORY BUILDING WOULD BE
 A TYPE 1B FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.
  
 3) SINCE THIS IS NO LONGER A SINGLE TENANT FLOOR A
 COMMON AREA IS BEING CREATED, THE CONCERN IS THE SWING
 ON THE ELEVATOR LOBBY DOORS, ARE THESE DOORS FIRE RATED
 DOORS?
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE: 712.6 FIRE WALLS, FIRE BARRIERS,
 FIRE PARTITIONS, SMOKE BARRIERS AND SMOKE PARTITIONS OR
 ANY OTHER WALL REQUIRED TO HAVE PROTECTED OPENINGS
 SHALL BE EFFECTIVELY AND PERMANENTLY IDENTIFIED WITH
 SIGNS OR STENCILING IN A MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE
 AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION. SUCH IDENTIFICATION
 SHALL BE ABOVE ANY DECORATIVE CEILING AND IN CONCEALED
 SPACES. SUGGESTED WORDING FOR FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIERS:
 "FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIER - PROTECT ALL OPENINGS."
