 1. SHEET A-5.1 THE WATER CLOSET IN THE NEW RESTROOM IS
 REQUIRED TO BE 18" FROM SIDE WALL.11-4.16.2 CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE. CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR WATER CLOSETS NOT IN
 STALLS SHALL COMPLY WITH FIGURE 28. CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 MAY BE ARRANGED TO ALLOW EITHER A LEFT-HANDED OR
 RIGHT-HANDED APPROACH.
  
 2. SHEET A-2.1 NEW PEDESTAL SINK MAY NOT COMPLY WITH
 11-4.19.2 HEIGHT AND CLEARANCES. LAVATORIES SHALL BE
 MOUNTED WITH THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE NO HIGHER THAN

 CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST 29 INCHES (735 MM) ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR TO THE BOTTOM OF THE APRON. KNEE AND TOE
 CLEARANCE SHALL COMPLY WITH FIGURE 31.
  
 3. SHEET A2.1 SINK CABINET SHOWN IS REQUIRED TO BE 34"
 AFF MAX. 11-4.24.2 HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH
 THE COUNTER OR RIM NO HIGHER THAN 34 INCHES (865 MM)
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR.
  
 4. BUSINESS AND MERCANTILE REQUIRE A DRINKING FOUNTAIN
 TO BE INSTALLED. 403.1 MINIMUM NUMBER OF FIXTURES.
