 2A) THE FRONT ENTRY INDICATES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
 ACCESSABLE RAMP.ON THE EAST DEGE OF THE LANDING THE
 PLANS INDICATE A SIX INCH STEP AND THE ACTUAL RAMP
 PORTION INDICATES A LENGTH OF 5'-0". 11-4.8.2 SLOPE &
 RISE. THE LEAST POSSIBLE SLOPE SHALL BE USED FOR ANY
 RAMP. THE MAXIMUM SLOPE FOR A RAMP IN NEW CONSTRUCTION
 SHALL BE 1 TO 12. THE MAXIMUM RISE FOR RUN SHALL BE 30"
 (SEE FIGURE 16).
 IS THIS A DISCREPANCY, OR IS THE GRADE ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE RAMP A INCH HIGHER IN ELEVATION? THE OTHER ISSUE
 WITH THIS RAMP WILL BE THE ACTUAL HEIGTH OF THE RAMP OR
 CHANGE IN ELEVATION SECTION 11.4.8.5. HANDRAILS: IF A
 RAMP HAS A RISE GREATER THAN 6" OR A HORIZONTAL
 PROJECTION GREATER THAN 72", THEN IT SHALL HAVE
 HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION
 IF HANDRAILS WILL BE REQUIRED, FIELD VERIFY, THANK YOU.
  
 2B) THIS SHEET INDICATES THE USE OF A PEDESTAL SINK
 WITHIN THE NEW ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM. WHILE SHEET A5.1
 SECTION 2 INDICATES THE USE OF A WALL HUNG LAVATORY
 PLEASE PROVIDE IF THIS IS A PEDESTAL SINK WHICH WILL
 NEED TO COMPLY WITH:
 11-4.19.2 HEIGHT AND CLEARANCES.
 LAVATORIES SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH THE RIM OR COUNTER
 SURFACE NO HIGHER THAN 34 INCHES (865 MM) ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR. PROVIDE A CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST 29 INCHES
 (735 MM) ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR TO THE BOTTOM OF THE
 APRON. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE SHALL COMPLY WITH FIGURE

 2C) THE PLAN ALSO INDICATES A OFFICE SPACE/ SHOWROOM
 WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE A BREAK COUNTER LOCATED AT A
 HEIGTH OF 36". PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 11-4.24.2 HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH THE
 COUNTER OR RIM NO HIGHER THAN 34" ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR.
 11-4.24.3 KNEE CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST 27" HIGH 30"
 WIDE, AND 19" DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDERNEATH SINKS.
 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT
 LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY 1219 MM)
 COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL
 EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19 INCHES (485 MM) UNDERNEATH THE
 SINK.
  
 2D) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH 11-4.15 AN

 3D) THERE IS NO INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE BACKING
 REQUIRED FOR THE GRAB RAIL LOCATIONS ADJACENT TO THE
