 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE, 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE WITH 2009 REVSIONS.
  
  
 1- NEW CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WINDOWS AND
 DOORS LOCATED ON THE END ZONE ARE TOO LOW (IT MAY BE
 THAT CALCULATIONS WERE DONE USING EXPOSURE "B" INSTEAD
 OF EXPOSURE "C") . AND THEY ARE ALMOST THE SAME AS THE
 ONES LOCATED ON THE INTERIOR ZONE. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 SHOWING HOW THESE DESIGN PRESSURES WERE OBTAINED. SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.3 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE CHAPTER 11.
 (REPEAT COMMENT). A BUILDING PERMIT CAN'T BE USED IF
 THESE FORMS ARE NOT SUBMITTED SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE ENERGY CODE.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES AS SHOWN ON PLANS. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 B) REVISE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR FLAT ROOF NOA
 08-0924.14 SUBMITTED. CALCULATIONS WERE DONE USING
 DESIGN PRESSURES WITH EXPOSURE "B". NEED TO USE
 CALCULATIONS FOR EXPOSURE "C. SEC. R301.2.1.4.3.
 *** AND, PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF CALCULATIONS WITH ORIGINAL
 SEAL AND SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 WHEN
 SUBMITTING INFORMATION FOR PUBLIC RECORDS. ONLY ONE
 ORIGINAL WAS SUBMITTED. THE SECOND WAS A COPY. COPY IS
 NOT ALLOWED.
  
 C) EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. NEED ENTRY DOOR
 WITH SIDELITE ASSEMBLY AT GUEST HOUSE AS SHOWN ON PLANS
 AND NEED DOOR AT STORAGE ENTRY. (REPEAT COMMENT. GUEST
 HOUSE NOA 08-0312.09 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON MAY 25, 2011.
 NEED CURRENT NOA WITH DOOR INCLUDING THE SIDELITE AS
 SHOWN ON PLANS. AND, PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR STORAGE ROOM
 WAS NOT SUBMITTED).
  
 D) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS/SECTIONS AND DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR. THIS APPLIES TO STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS ONLY
 OR ARCHITECT TO SPECIFY CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER
 ON PLANS. ALL OTHER PRODUCT APPROVALS REQUIRE FULL
 REPORT. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 4- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.

 5- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
