| | TO ENFORCE THESE RESTRICTIONS. IF THE APPLICANT'S |
| | PROPOSED SYSTEM IS NOT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT WATER |
| | QUALITY TREATMENT (SO THAT ANY DISCHARGE IS FREE OF ALL |
| | BUT STORM WATER RUN-OFF), THEN APPLICANT MUST RE-DESIGN |
