 2400 SQ FT WHEN THE OCCUPANCY DATA IS TOTALED UP ADDING
 UP TO 7,000 SQ FT FOR THIS TENANT SPACE. IT APPEARS TO
 BE A DISCREPANCY IN SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THIS TENANT
 SPACE. 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED?
  
 1B) THE TENANT SPACE DOES NOT INDICATE ANY ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY, THE PLAN DOES INDICATE A FLEX ROOM,
 INSTRUCTIONAL MEETING ROOM IS THIS TO BE CONSIDERED THE
 CONFERENCE ROOM? WHEN CALCULATING THE SQ FOOTAGE OF THE
 CONFERENCE ROOM OF 556 SQ FT / 15 = AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 37 OCCUPANTS, PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS
 TO THE LOCATION OF AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY, 106.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 1C) THE PLANS CURRENTLY INDICATE WALLS TO BE REMOVED
 BUT THERE STILL SEAMS TO BE A A BUSINESS SUB-OCCUPANCY

 MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY IN EITHER CASE THIS IS A MIXED
 OCCUPANCY (508.3). THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE
 DESIGN INCORPORATES SEPERATED ( 508.3.1.3) OR
 NON-SEPERATED OCCUPNCIES AS PER 508.3.2. THE BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY IS CLEARLY OVER 10% OF THE SQ FT AREA.
  
 2)THE PLANS SHOW ONE OF THE EXIT ROUTES GOING THROUGH A
 ROOM LABELED EXISTING FLEX SP? WHAT IS THE USAGE OF
 THIS ROOM, IS IT CONSIDERED A STORAGE ROOM?
  
 3) IN THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING THERE IS A
 EXIT TYPE VESTIBULE BOTH THE TENANT SEPERATION WALLS
 AND THE MAIN ELECTRIC ROOM WALLS ARE A 1 HR FIRE RATED
 ASSEMBLY, PLEASE PROVIDE FIRE RATING OF THE TWO DOORS
 WITHIN THE EXIT VESTIBULE FBC-B TABLE 715.4.
  
 4) THE EXIT VESTIBULE MAY REQUIRE EXIT LIGHTING, THE
 PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY WINDOWS IN THIS ROOM FBC-B
 10062.1(2).
  
 5) 712.6 FIRE WALLS, FIRE BARRIERS, FIRE PARTITIONS,
 SMOKE BARRIERS AND SMOKE PARTITIONS OR ANY OTHER WALL
 REQUIRED TO HAVE PROTECTED OPENINGS SHALL BE
 EFFECTIVELY AND PERMANENTLY IDENTIFIED WITH SIGNS OR
 STENCILING IN A MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE AUTHORITY
 HAVING JURISDICTION. SUCH IDENTIFICATION SHALL BE ABOVE
 ANY DECORATIVE CEILING AND IN CONCEALED SPACES.
 SUGGESTED WORDING FOR FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIERS: "FIRE
