 PROPOSED FOOTER FOR A FUTURE SCREEN ENCLOSURE (WITH
 SCREENED ROOF), OR FOR A STRUCTURE THAT CONSISTS OF A
 SOLID ROOF AND/OR SOLID WALLS?
  
 2. IF THE FUTURE STRUCTURE CONSISTS OF A SOLID ROOF
 AND/OR SOLID WALLS, THE STRUCTURE SHALL BE SET BACK
 FROM THE REAR PROPERTY LINE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET.
  
 3. PLANS ARE UNCLEAR AND DIMENSIONS TO NOT SEEM TO
 CORRESPOND CORRECTLY WITH THE SURVEY. SPECIFICALLY, THE
 DIMENSIONS PROPOSED DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH EXISTING
 DIMENSIONS ON THE PROPERTY. FOR EXAMPLE:
  
 A. THE PROPOSED FOOTER IS SHOWN TO BE 16 FEET FROM THE
 BACK WALL OF THE HOUSE; HOWEVER, THE DIMENSION ALONG
 THE NORTH FOOTER IS ONLY SHOWN AT 20 FEET. 16 FEET PLUS
 THE 7 FEET UNDER THE COVERED PATIO SHOULD RESULT IN A
 23 FOOT LONG FOOTER. PLEASE VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND
 ENSURE THAT THEY CORRESPOND WITH THE EXISTING
 CONDITIONS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
