 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- SPECIFY ON PLANS CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS WITHIN 10 FT
 OF EACH BEDROOM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R313.4.
  
 2- WINDOW IN BEDROOM #1 NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310. SPECIFY WINDOW TYPE AND SIZE
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
 EGRESS WAS ALTERED. ONE WINDOW WAS DELETED.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NOA 07-0322.06 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. NEED CURRENT ONE.
  
 C) IF USING POLYFOAM FOR ROOF TILE INSTALLATION, THEN
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR ADHESIVE SPECIFIED ON THE
 ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL. OTHERWISE, SPECIFY ROOF
 TILE INSTALLATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 ***NOTE: PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WERE APPROVED BY
 THE DRAFTSMAN. PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED BY
 THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OF RECORD.
  
 5- PROVIDE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS SHOWING HOW THE
 CANTILEVERED BALCONY ON MASTER BEDROOM IS ATTACHED TO
 THE WALL AND TRANSFERRING THE LOADS TO THE FOOTING AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R601.2 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
 ***NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION ALL THE LOADS
 INCLUDING THE REQUIRED LIVE LOADS BY TABLE R301.5.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE SECTION/DETAIL AND SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CANTILEVERED SLAB.
  
 6- PROVIDE WINDOW STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL SHOWING 2X
 BUCKS AS REQUIRED BY NOTE AT BOTTOM RIGHT OF SHEET 4.1.
  
 7- NEED TO PROVIDE STAIR LANDING AT BOTTOM OF STAIRS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R311.5.4. REVISE ALL PLANS AFFECTED BY
 THIS REQUIREMENT. DOOR AT THE BOTTOM OF STAIRS DON'T
 ALLOW THE REQUIRED LANDING DIMENSIONS.
  
 8- PROVIDE BALCONY GUARDRAIL DETAIL/SECTION AND
 SPECIFICATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R312 AND
 TABLE R301.5.
  
 9- STAIR RATIO SHOWN ON DETAIL 1/9.2 DOESN'T COMPLY
 WITH SEC. R311.5.3.2.
  
 10- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION WAS
 UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $4892.87.
  
 11- CLARIFY WHAT'S THE RECTANGLE SHOWN ON THE WALL
 BETWEEN THE EXISTING GARAGE AND EXISTING LIVING ROOM?
  
 12- SHEET 5.1: A) SECOND FLOOR FRAMING PLAN: REVISE THE
 LIVE LOADS. SEE TABLE R301.5. ALSO, SPECIFY THE BALCONY
 LIVE AND DEAD LOADS.
  
 B) CLARIFY SPACING FOR WEDGE ANCHORS ON WOOD LEDGER.
 FLOOR FRAMING PLAN SAYS 18", WHILE SECTION B-B
 SPECIFIES 24".
  
 C) PROVIDE SECTION/DETAIL AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 HOW THE EXISTING ROOF TRUSSES ARE GOING TO BE CUT TO BE
 BEARING ON THE 2 STORY WALL LEDGER. SHOW HOW ARE THE
 CUT TRUSSES REINFORCED TO PROVIDE LOAD TRANSFER
 CONTINUITY AT THE CUT SECTION. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 D) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NAILING SPECIFICATION ON
 SECTION B-B. NEED 8D RING SHANK NAILS @ 4"O.C. ON ROOF
 ZONE 3. SEC. R803.2.3.1. NOT ONLY ON GABLE ENDS. ALSO,
 ENTIRE ROOF IS NOT NAILED AS ROOF ZONE 3 IF THE NAILS
 ARE SPACED AT 6"O.C. REVISE NOTE AS REQUIRED.
  
 E) REVISE EXTERIOR WALL R-VALUE SHOWN ON WALL SECTION
 B-B TO MATCH ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
  
 13- SHEET 7.1: REVISE LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS SHOWN ON
 THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN. IT IS LOCATED ON THE CENTER OF
 THE TRUSS GIRDER. ALSO, MAKE SURE ENOUGH HEADROOM IS
 PROVIDED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R807.
  
 14- SHEET 8.1:
 A) NORTH ELEVATION: REVISE NEW BATHROOM TYPE OF WINDOW
 TO MATCH WINDOW TYPE SPECIFIED ON FLOOR PLAN.
  
 B) SOUTH ELEVATION. REVISE LOCATION OF 2ND FLOOR
 BALCONY TO MATH FLOOR PLAN.
  
 15- TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET 9.1:
 A) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NAILING NOTE. SEE ITEM 12(D)
 ABOVE.
  
 B) REVISE WALL R-VALUE. SEE ITEM 12(E) ABOVE.
  
 C) COORDINATE FOOTING SIZE WITH FOUNDATION PLAN.

 17- ENERGY CALCULATIONS: A) REVISE TYPE OF ROOFING
 MATERIAL SHOWN ON SECOND PAGE. PLANS DON'T SPECIFY
 COMPOSITION SHINGLES.
  
 B) REVISE BUILDER NAME ON TOP OF FORM.
  
 18- SOIL TEST REPORT NEEDS ENGINEER ORIGINAL SIGNATURE.
