 1) TABLE XV-6 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES HAVE
 TWO (2) PARKING SPACES. SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT THE
 PARKING FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY WITH THE HOUSE. THE ENCLOSURE OF THE CARPORT
 FOR LIVING SPACE WILL REMOVE ONE (1) PARKING SPACE FROM
 THE PROPERTY. TWO (2) COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS
 THAN ONE YEAR OLD, ARE REQUIRED TO VERIFY THAT THERE
 ARE CURRENTLY PARKING SPACES ON-SITE.
  
 2) STAFF HAS COMPARED THE 2007 AERIAL OF THE PROPERTY
 AND THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE 2001 FENCE PERMIT WITH
 A CURRENT PICTURE OF THE PROPERTY AND NOTED THAT THE
 DRIVEWAY HAS BEEN EXPANDED ON EITHER SIDE WITH
 CONCRETE. THE CITY HAS NO RECORD OF PERMITS FOR THE
 ADDITIONAL CONCRETE WORK DONE TO THE SITE. BASED ON THE
 2001 SURVEY, THE SITE WAS DEFICIENT IN THE FRONT YARD
 LANDSCAPE REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; THEREFORE, THE ADDITIONAL
 CONCRETE INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT IS NOT ALLOWED.
 ADDITIONALLY, NO NEW CONCRETE OR ASPHALT MAY BE
 INSTALLED IN THE FRONT YARD FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING.
