 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. SHEET A1.0 ALSO NEEDS TO BE REVISED AS THE PROPOSED
 MODIFICATIONS RESULT IN INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE
 PLANS. PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL APPLICABLE SHEETS ARE
 UPDATED TO REFLECT THE PROPOSED REVISIONS. IT APPEARS
 THAT THERE ARE INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE
 CONFIGURATIONS OF THE WOOD DECKS AND STEPS ON THE EAST
 AND WEST SIDES OF THE STRUCTURE, STEPS FROM THE A/C
 SLAB TO THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY, NO MASONRY WALL IS
 SHOWN AT THE REAR OF THE A/C SLAB (AS SHOWN IN THE
 BUILDING ELEVATIONS), ETC. REPEAT COMMENT: SHEET A1.0
 WAS NOT SUBMITTED AS A REVISION. THIS COMMENT REMAINS
 OUTSTANDING AS THERE ARE STILL SEVERAL INCONSISTENCIES
 BETWEEN SHEETS. PLEASE REFERE TO SHEET A1.0 APPROVED BY
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT ON 1/24/2007.
  
 2. IF THE FRONT PRIVACY WALL IS NO LONGER PROPOSED,
 SHEET C-3 SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT THIS ACCORDINGLY.
 REPEAT COMMENT: SHEET C-3 WAS NOT SUBMITTED AS A
 REVISION. THIS COMMENT REMAINS OUTSTANDING.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT POOLS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY ENCLOSED
 BY A FENCE/WALL OF NO LESS THAN FOUR (4) FEET IN
 HEIGHT. IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE GAPS. JUST A
 NOTE...THAT WHILE THE PLANS HAVE BEEN REVISED, A
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED
 FOR THE FENCE. THIS COMMENT WILL NOT HOLD UP THIS
 REVISION IF ALL OTHER COMMENTS ARE ADDRESSED.
