 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. SHEET A1.0 ALSO NEEDS TO BE REVISED AS THE PROPOSED
 MODIFICATIONS RESULT IN INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE
 PLANS. PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL APPLICABLE SHEETS ARE
 UPDATED TO REFLECT THE PROPOSED REVISIONS. IT APPEARS
 THAT THERE ARE INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE
 CONFIGURATIONS OF THE WOOD DECKS AND STEPS ON THE EAST
 AND WEST SIDES OF THE STRUCTURE, STEPS FROM THE A/C
 SLAB TO THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY, NO MASONRY WALL IS
 SHOWN AT THE REAR OF THE A/C SLAB (AS SHOWN IN THE
 BUILDING ELEVATIONS), ETC.
  
 2. THE BUILDING ELEVATIONS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SHOW A
 GATE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOUSE?NO GATE IS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE OR CIVIL PLANS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3. IF THE FRONT PRIVACY WALL IS NO LONGER PROPOSED,
 SHEET C-3 SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT THIS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. THE REVISED CIVIL PLANS CROSS OUT THE NOTE REGARDING
 THE RETAINING WALL AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY,
 HOWEVER, IT IS STILL SHOWN ON THE PLANS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT POOLS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY ENCLOSED
 BY A FENCE/WALL OF NO LESS THAN FOUR (4) FEET IN
 HEIGHT. IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE GAPS.
  
 IT WOULD BE CLEARER TO ENTIRELY REMOVE FROM THE PLANS
 ANYTHING THAT IS NO LONGER BEING PROPOSED, AS OPPOSED
 TO LEAVING IT, AND CROSSING IT OUT. THE PLAN SHOULD
 ACCURATELY REFLECT THE FINISH PRODUCT AND DOES NOT NEED
 TO SHOW ANYTHING THAT IS NO LONGER BEING CONSTRUCTED.
