 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITEN FORMAT.
  
 1. BASED UPON 35 REQUIRED TREES (34 1/2) , THIRTEEN CAN
 BE PALMS. WHICH EQUATES TO TWENTY-TWO TREES MUST BE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES. IF YOU INCLUDE THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF PROPOSED SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES AND COUNT
 THE EXISTING CREPE MYRTLE AND LIVE OAK TREE, THERE IS
 STILL A SHORTAGE OF THREE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES.
  
 2. STAFFF WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE EXISTING SABAL PALM
 ALONG THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ADJACENT TO WILDERMERE AVENUE
 BE RELOCATED TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE
 PROPOSED CREPE MYRTLE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 SITE COULD BE SHIFTED TO THE WEST TO CREATE AN EVENLY
 SPACED AND CONSISTANT TREE LINE.
  
 3. STAFF WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THAT GROUND COVER BE
 PLANTED ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE PROPOSED HEDGE ALONG
 WILDEMERE, TO REDUCE MAINTENANCE AND CREATE A TIERED
 AFFECT.
