 1. ONE OF THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES DOES NOT
 INCLUDE AN ACCESS AISLE, FBC 11-4.6. EITHER PROVIDE AN
 ACCESS AISLE FOR THIS SPACE OR REMOVE ACCESSIBLE SPACE
 (PLAN EXCEEDS MINIMUM NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE SPACES
 REQUIRED). A REDUCTION IN TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING
 SPACES OR OTHER CONFIGURATION WILL REQUIRE A REVISION
 (INCLUDING ZONING REVIEW).
  
 2. THE DESIGNER TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DESIGN
 AND INFORMATION (AND CERTIFYING AS TO ACCURACY OF
 INFORMATION AND TO CODE COMPLIANCE) IS TO PROVIDE
 HIS/HER NAME, SIGNATURE, LICENSE NUMBER ON THE PLAN.
 ALTERNATIVELY, THE DESIGNER CAN PROVIDE A SIGNED AND
 SEALED LETTER ASSUMING RESPONBILITY FOR THE DESIGN
 (PROVIDE AT INSPECTION).
  
 3. ACCESSIBLE PARKING IS TO COMPLY WITH FBC 11
 4.6.2(1), TO BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE NO LESS
 THAN 44 INCHES WIDE SO THAT USERS WILL NOT BE COMPELLED
 TO WALK OR WHEEL BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES (INSPECTOR TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE AT INSPECTION).
  
 4. OBTAIN A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE SECOND PARCEL.
