 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THE
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A) EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IS WIDTH AND NOT
 LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2
 FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. A LANDSCAPE ISLAND IS REQUIRED ALONG
 THE NORTH SIDE OF THE TWO PARKING STALLS THAT TAKE
 ACCESS FROM THE ALLEY. THE TWO SPACES WILL NEED TO BE
 SHIFTED TO THE SOUTH IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED
 ISLAND.
  
 3. FIVE POINTS WERE TAKEN UNDER THE XERISCAPE DESIGN
 OPTIONS FOR THE UTILIZATION OF A MOISTURE SENSING
 CONTROLLER OTHER THAN A RAIN SWITCH. THE NOTES INDICATE
 THAT A RAIN SWITCH IS BEING PROPOSED. TO TAKE CREDIT
 FOR THIS OPTION, PLEASE INDICATE THE EQUIPMENT TO BE
 USED INSTEAD OF THE RAIN SWITCH.
  
 4. IRRIGATION MUST BE EXTENDED INTO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IF
 IRRIGATION IN THOSE PLANTED AREAS DOES NOT EXIST. THE
 APPLICANT SHALL REPLACE ALL DEAD OR MISSING SHRUBS AND
 GROUND COVER IN THE PLANTING AREA ADJACENT TO 9TH
 STREET.
  
 5. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE HOW YOU ARRIVED AT THE OPEN SPACE
 CALCULATION OF WHICH ALL THE LANDSCAPE TABULATION IS
 BASED.
  
 6. ALL SITE LIGHTING, UTILITIES AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT
 MAY HAVE AN IMPACT UPON THE LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
