 1) SUBMIT 2 SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF TILE
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PER DCA RULE 9B-72 AND CITY
 AMENDMENTS 106.3.3. SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT
 THAT WILL BE USED FROM THE OPTIONS PROVIDED IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS, INSURING THAT THE SELECTED METHOD IS
 CAPABLE OF RESISTING THE OVERTURNING MOMENT FOR THE
 WINDSPEED AND EXPOSURE CATEGORY FOR THE STRUCTURE'S
 LOCATION. FBC R905.1 AND R905.3.
  
 2) THE TRUSS LAYOUT FROM THE TRUSS MANUFACTURER IS NOT
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE TRUSS ENGINEER. THERE ARE
 STILL SOME TRUSS ANCHORS WITH INADEQUATE UPLIFT
 CAPACITIES ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN. THE ROOF FRAMING
 PLAN AND THE TRUSS LAYOUT DIFFER IN THE KITCHEN AREA.
 CHECK LOCATION OF GIRDER TRUSS D1G. THERE IS A CLOUDED
 NOTE ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN AT THE REAR OF THE
 STRUCTURE FOR GIRDER TRUSS M1G SPECIFYING DETAIL 5 ON
 A7. THIS GABLE END DETAIL DOES NOT APPLY AT THIS
 LOCATION. PLEASE CORRECT THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN.
 NOTE: THE TRUSS DRAWINGS AND TRUSS LAYOUT FROM THE
 TRUSS COMPANY FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
 CONSTRUCTION CAN BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR
 IN THE FIELD AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
  
 3) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED AND THE RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
