 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C AND
 POOL EQUIPMENT (ALL UNITS) TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIREMENT WILL BE THE
 CALCULATION OF THE FRONT SETBACK - THE FRONT SETBACK IS
 15 FEET (I.E.15 FEET X LOT WIDTH = LANDSCAPE AREA
 SQUARE FOOTAGE X 75%= REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREA. IF THIS
 AREA IS GREATER THAN 1,000 SQ. FT, THEN YOUR THE TOTAL
 REQUIREMENT FOR THIS PROVISION IS 1,000 SQ. FT. ALSO,
 SHOW DIMENSIONS OF THE DRIVEWAY ON THE SITE PLAN (AS
 SHOWN ON SHT. H-1), THAT IMPERVIOUS AREA NEEDS TO BE
 LESSENED OUT FROM THE LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
 SHOW ALL INFORMATION ON THE SURVEY AND PLANS.
  
 4. THE SETBACKS WITHIN THIS PROPERTY SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 FRONT SETBACK = 15' SIDE SETBACK 7'-6" AND REAR SETBACK
 = 15 FEET
  
 SINCE PROPERTY IS SOMEWHAT ANGLED, SHOW DIMENSIONS
 WITHIN THE FRONT, MID AND REAR OF THE LOT AREAS THAT
 COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS ABOVE. PROVIDE THE
 INFORMATION ON BOTH THE SURVEY AND THE SITE PLAN. SHOW
 BUILDING ON THE SURVEY.
  
 5. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN TO
 ADDRESS LANDSCAPE COMMENTS WITH THIS PERMIT FOR
 REFERENCE PURPOSES. REFER TO LANDSCAPE COMMENTS TO ADD
 INFORMATION REQUESTED. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED.
