 1) THE SURVEY VERIFIES THAT THE REAR OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING (COVERED AREA) EXTENDS FURTHER SOUTH THAN THE
 SITE PLAN SHOWS. THE PROPOSED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS
 LOCATED WITHIN SIX (6) FEET OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE;
 THEREFORE, THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SHALL MET THE
 REQUIRED PRIMARY STRUCTURE SETBACKS OF TEN (10) FEET
 FROM THE WEST (SIDE) PROPERTY LINE AND 11 FEET FROM THE
 SOUTH (REAR) PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE SURVEY AND THE
 AERIAL FOR THE PROPERTY. SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW THE
 CARPORT/STORAGE ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE. THE APPLICANT
 HAS ADDITIONALLY STATED THAT THESE STRUCTURES ARE
 CONNECTED. A CORRECTED SURVEY IS REQUIRED.
