 1) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE
 YEAR OLD, AT THEIR ORIGINAL SCALE.
  
 2) THE SURVEY WILL BE USED TO CLARIFY VISUAL
 DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN AND THE 2009
 AERIAL.
  
 3) ARE THE AREAS SHOWN AS COVERED AND STORAGE ON THE
 SITE PLAN ENCLOSED SPACE? IF THESE AREAS ARE ENCLOSED
 AND NOT ATTACHED TO THE RESIDENCE, THEN THEY SHALL BE
 COUNTED TOWARD THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 NOTE A MAXIMUM OF 882 SQUARE FEET OF ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE IS ALLOWED ON THE SITE. THE PROPOSED GARAGE
 IS 825 SQUARE FEET.
  
 4) IS A/C BEING PROVIDED FOR THE PROPOSED GARAGE? IF
 SO, PROVIDE THE LOCATIONS W/SETBACKS OF THE PROPOSED
 A/C ON THE SITE PLAN. THE A/C UNIT SETBACKS ARE BASED
 ON THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) HOW WILL THE GARAGE DOOR BE ACCESSED BY VEHICLES?
 THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM THE DRIVEWAY TO THE GARAGE
 DOOR. THIS CAN NOT BE CALLED A GARAGE IF IT CAN NOT BE
 ACCESSED BY A VEHICLE VIA A DRIVEWAY. ADDITIONALLY, IT
 MAY NOT HAVE A GARAGE DOOR.
