 1) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 TO VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR, FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL
 PRIOR TO RECORDATION.
  
 2) SUBMITTAL OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND AN IRRIGATION
 PERMIT ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 3) THE SURVEY AND THE SITE PLAN SHOW DIFFERENT SITE
 LAYOUTS. IF THE SURVEY IS TO SHOW THE PROPOSED SITE
 LAYOUT, THEN IT SHALL SHOW IT ACCURATELY.
  
 4) TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY SHOWING EXISTING CONDITIONS,
 INCLUDING THE CURRENT DRIVEWAY LOCATIONS, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 5) THE A/C UNITS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY
 CONNECTIONS TO FOREST HILL BLVD. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 NEITHER CONNECTION MAY BE WIDER THAN 10 FEET (PLAN
 SCALES AT 10 FEET) NOR MAY THERE BE MORE THAN 2
 CONNECTIONS.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE MATERIAL OF THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE FRONT YARD LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS. THERE
 SHALL BE AT LEAST 1,000 SQUARE FEET TO LANDSCAPE AREA
 IN THE FRONT YARD.
  
 9) PER SECTION 94-611 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE DEFINITION OF DWELLING
 UNIT REQUIRES THAT ALL ROOMS BE ACCESSIBLE FROM THE
 INTERIOR OF THE UNIT. THE MEDIA ROOM, SUMMER KITCHEN
 AND CABANA BATH ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE INTERIOR OF
 THE HOUSE, BUT RATHER REQUIRE LEAVING THE HOUSE AND
 CROSSING THE LOGGIA TO ENTER.
  
 10) THE ELEVATIONS ARE MISLABELED AS 1/8" SCALE WHEN
 THEY ARE ACTUALLY 1/4" SCALE. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 11) PLEASE PROVIDE THE BUILDING HEIGHT AS DEFINED BY
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS - BUILDING, HEIGHT OF, MEANS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE MEAN GRADE OF A LOT AT THE FRONTAGE
 OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP OF THE
 STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO THE DECK LINE OF A
 MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN EAVES
 AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS. THE
 BUILDING HEIGHT DIMENSIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED ARE
 FROM THE FINISHED 1ST FLOOR NOT THE MEAN GRADE AS
 REQUIRED, NOR DO THEY SHOW THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-72 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE HEIGHT ALLOWANCE IN THE
 SINGLE FAMILY 7 ZONING DISTRICT IS 30 FEET.
  
 12) THE TALLER CHIMNEYS EXCEED THE ALLOWED HEIGHT
 WITHIN THE SINGLE FAMILY 7 ZONING DISTRICT. THE ALLOWED
 BUILDING HEIGHT OF 30 FEET PLUS THE ADDITIONAL 10%
 HEIGHT EXCEPTION ALLOWED BY SECTION 94-306 OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS PERMIT A
 CHIMNEY TO MEASURE 33 FEET TO THE HIGHEST POINT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THIS INCLUDES THE CHIMNEY CAP. THE ELEVATION
 DRAWINGS DO NOT MEASURE THE HEIGHT OF THE CHIMNEYS
 CORRECTLY. THE MEAN GRADE (SEE PREVIOUS COMMENT) SHALL
 BE THE STARTING POINT AND THE CHIMNEY CAP SHALL BE THE
 ENDING POINT. THE 35'10" DIMENSION, WHILE NOT MEASURED
 CORRECTLY, EXCEEDS THE DISTRICT HEIGHT ALLOWANCE.
  
 13) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL, SPA, ANY NEW
 FENCES/WALLS, AND GATES WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS.
