2011-01-25 16:30:121. PROPOSED PROJECT INCLUDES TWO SEPARATE PARCELS. A
 UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED. SURVEY SHALL INDICATE
 PROPERTY LINES, CURB CUTS, UNDERGROUND AND ABOVE GROUND
 UTILITY LINES.
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
 3.. NEW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ENCLOSED AND
 SCREENED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE ENCLOSURE IS
 DESIGNED AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVERALL BUILDING
 DESIGN.
 4. A SEPARTE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR PAVING AND
 STRIPING.
 5. A FIVE FEET LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ON THE
 NORTH PROPERTY LINE. PROPOSED PARKING LAYOUT DOES NOT
 ALLOW FOR REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER. PLEASE CONSIDER
 HAVING ANGLE PARKING AND ONE-WAY DRIVE WITH EXIT AT THE
 ALLEY.
 6. PLEASE INDICATE EXISTING STREETSCAPE IN SITE PLAN
 DRAWING.
 7. PROPOSED MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR IS ENCROACHING INTO THE
 TRAVEL LANE, CREATING AN UNSAFE SITUATION.
 8. PLEASE INDICATE ACCESS ROUTE TO THE PROPOSED
 CONCRETE PATH FOR ROLL OUT TRASH CANS. IF CONTAINERS
 ARE KEPT OUTSIDE, SCREENING SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 9. CURB PROVIDED WITHIN THE PARKING AREA SHALL BE BUILT
 WITH A 5 FEET RADIOUS.
 10. A MINIMUM OF 50% TRANSPARENCY IS REQUIRED ON THE
 BUILIDNG FACADE ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY- ONLY 16.25%
 PROVIDED.
 11. A MINIMUM OF 30% TRANSPARENCY IS REQUIRED ALONG 9TH
 STREET- ONLY 8.3% PROVIDED.
