 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF LANDSCAPE PLANS, SIGNED
 AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. INCLUDE
 A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST
 OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR.
  
 2. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PLAN. SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. ALTHOUGH SOME OF THE
 TABULATION WAS PROVIDED OTHER INFORMATION WAS MISSING
 SUCH AS THE PERIMETER TREE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL INCLUDE ALL OF THE ELEMENTS ENUMERATED IN
 THIS SECTION. ALL UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, STREET LIGHTS,
 AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY HAVE AN IMPACT UPON THE
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLAN. THERE ARE
 POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OBSERVED DURING A SITE VISIT. LIVE
 OAKS ARE PROPOSED ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE
 IN THE SAME GENERAL AS OVER HEAD POWER LINES. YOU MUS
 ABIDE BY FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE IN THE RIGHT
 PLACE" GUIDELINES WHICH LIMIT WHICH TREE SPECIES CAN BE
 PLANTED NEAR OR ADJACENT TO OVER HEAD POWER LINES.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (1), FOR ALL
 NONRESIDENTIAL USES, THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER STRIP
 ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OTHER
 NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 FIVE FEET IN WIDTH. THIS HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED ALONG
 THE NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE AND A PORTION F THE
 WEST PERIMETER.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION
 THEREOF. ADDITIONAL TREES WILL BE REQUIRED ALONG THE
 WEST AND NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR GARBAGE OR
 TRASH RECEPTACLES AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL
 NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS
 PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK,
 DECORATIVE CONCRETE,OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR
 COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE WITH AN OBSCURING
 TATE IS ALSO REQUIRED. THE CONCRETE PAD WAS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN WITH NO PROPOSED WALLS, GATES OR
 SCREENING. THE PAD, ENCLOSURE AND SCREENING WAS NOT
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 8. THE APPLICANT SHALL FILL IN THE MISSING PLANT
 MATERIAL IN THE LANDSCAPE NODE, LOCATED IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE. THE
 NODE AND THE STREET TREES SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE AND SITE PLANS.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446 (1), PLANTING AREAS ARE
 TO BE TOTALLY EXCAVATED WHENEVER PLANT MATERIALS ARE
 INSTALLED 24 OR LESS INCHES APART. PLANTING AREAS
 CONTAINING EXCESSIVE CALCAREOUS MATERIALS SHALL BE
 EXCAVATED TO A MINIMUM DEPTH OF TWO FEET. A MINIMUM OF
 THREE INCHES OF COMPACTED, ORGANIC MULCH SHALL BE
 PLACED AROUND ALL NEWLY INSTALLED TREES, SHRUBS AND
 GROUND COVER PLANTING AREAS. THE SPECIFICATIONS CALLED
 FOR TWO INCHES OF MULCH.
  
 10. ALL PROHIBITED TREE SPECIES SHALL BE REMOVED,
 INCLUDING THE SCHEFFLERA TREE ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3), OFF-STREET
 PARKING LOTS CONTAINING AT LEAST 12 INTERIOR PARKING
 SPACES SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE TOTAL SIZE OF
 SUCH LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL BE EQUAL TO TEN SQUARE FEET
 FOR EACH PARKING SPACE AND SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE
 INTERIOR OF AN OFF-STREET PARKING AREAS. LANDSCAPED
 AREAS SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET OF REQUIRED LANDSCAPED
 AREA.
  
 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2 FEET AT
 ITS END SO AS TO ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING.
