 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK ON SHEET A-1 STATES THAT THE
 EXISTING BUILDING IS TO REMAIN AS IS WITH NO NEW WALLS
 OR ROOF, YET THE AREA CALCULATIONS SHOW 258 SQ. FT. OF
 NEW LIVABLE SPACE. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THERE IS NEW
 LIVABLE SPACE WITHIN THE EXISTING WALLS. THE ADDITION
 OF BUILDING AREA REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL OF A RECENT
 SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, SO THAT ZONING CAN
 VERIFY SETBACK DIMENSIONS.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-2 SHOWS AN ADDITION. THE
 ADDITION OF BUILDING AREA REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL OF A
 RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, SO THAT ZONING
 CAN VERIFY SETBACK DIMENSIONS. NOTE: IF THIS IS THE
 ADDITION SHOWN ON THE 1990 SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE
 PERMIT, THEN THE SETBACKS MEET CURRENT ZONING
 REQUIREMENTS AND THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE AMENDED TO
 CORRECTLY SHOW THE STRUCTURE.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-2 DOES NOT MATCH THE 2009
 AERIAL OF THE SITE OR THE 1990 SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY
 PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT.
