 1- SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 DOESN'T MATCH SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS SUBMITTED.
 PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWS NEW LAYOUT FOR THE MASTER
 BEDROOM, NEW KITCHEN, NEW FRAMED OPENINGS, NEW A/C, NEW
 ELECTRICAL ON WHOLE BUILDING, ETC. REVISE SCOPE OF WORK
 AND VALUATION ON PERMIT APPLICATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT
 ADDRESSED AT ALL).
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL ( 2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NEW NOA 09-0316.10 SUBMITTED
 WAS SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE. NEED TO PROVIDE
 CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) HURRICANE SHUTTERS: MISSING THE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. AND, CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 C) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND
 SECTIONS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE
 AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR. THIS APPLIES TO
 STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS ONLY. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT
 ADDRESSED AT ALL).
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL FL8838-R1 NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED BY
 THE ENGINEER.
 AND, ENGINEER TO CLARIFY WHY APPROVING NOA 06-0406.11.
 THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL IS ONLY FOR THE DOOR SKIN. THIS
 IS A COMPONENT APPROVAL ONLY NOT THE DOOR PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 4- PROVIDE SITE PLAN PLAN OR SURVEY TO SHOW DISTANCE
 FROM MASTER BEDROOM SIDE TO THE ADJACENT GARAGE. TO
 PROVIDE/VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE SEPARATION
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R309.2 AND EXTERIOR WALLS AND
 OPENINGS PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE R302.1.
 SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-2 DOESN'T MATCH AERIAL VIEW SHOWN
 ON PAPA RECORDS. IT'S MISSING THE ADJACENT GARAGE THAT
 IS PARALLEL TO THE MASTER BEDROOM.
  
 5- SHEET A-1:
 A) WIND DESIGN INFORMATION WAS REVISED TO EXPOSURE "B".
 STILL DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN DON'T CORRESPOND TO
 EXPOSURE "B" OR EXPOSURE "C" ACCORDING TO THE SIZE OF
 WINDOW AND LOCATION ON THE WALL. PROVIDE ACTUAL
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE DESIGN PRESSURES AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 106.1.2 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS.
 DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS DON'T
 CORRESPOND TO THE DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDING TO THE
 DOOR SIZE. PROVIDE ACTUAL CALCULATIONS. SEC. 106.1.2
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 C) UPDATE BUILDING NOTES TO REFLECT ACTUAL BUILDING
 CONDITIONS. INFORMATION DOESN'T MATCH FLOOR PLAN.
 (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 6- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL).
  
 7- REVISED SHEET A-1:
 A) NEW WOOD INFILL DETAIL: SPECIFY HOW ARE THE 2X4'S
 STUDS ATTACHED AT THE ENDS. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. SPECIFY WALL SHEATHING AND EXTERIOR
 WALL FINISH.
  
 B) SCOPE OF WORK DOESN'T MATCH FLOOR PLANS. THERE ARE
 NEW WALLS SHOWN ON FLOOR PLAN. ALSO, THE WALL LEGEND
 DOESN'T MATCH FLOOR PLAN. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) LOCATION MAP IS MISSING THE INFORMATION. NO PICTURE
