 EXPIRED ON APRIL 29, 2009.

 HUNG WINDOWS. TWO DIFFERENT PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE
 SUBMITTED.
 B) SINGLE HUNG NON-IMPACT WINDOW. NOA 07-1029.08 WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE. NEED CURRENT ONE.
  
 C) IMPACT HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOW. NOA 03-1203.02
 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON MARCH 04/ 2009. AND, CLARIFY WHERE
 IS THIS WINDOW GOING TO BE INSTALLED. PLANS DON'T
 SPECIFY ANY HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOWS.
  
 D) WINDOW MULLIONS: NOA 06-0905.11 SUBMITTED IS FOR
 IMPACT MULLIONS. SOMEBODY WROTE NON-IMPACT ON THE NOA.
 THIS INFORMATION IS MISLEADING. NEED TO COORDINATE IF
 USING IMPACT OR NON-IMPACT WINDOWS.
  
 E) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF USING NON-IMPACT WINDOWS AND
 DOORS. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE,
 AND, CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS ANCHOR TYPE AND
 SPACING TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 F) ENTRY DOOR AND KITCHEN EXTERIOR DOOR. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVAL. MISSING THE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PROVIDE 2 COPIES.
  
 G) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND
 SECTIONS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APRPOVAL COVER PAGE
 AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR. THIS APPLIES TO
 STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS ONLY.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100 OF CHAPTER 13 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6- PROVIDE SITE PLAN PLAN OR SURVEY TO SHOW DISTANCE
 FROM MASTER BEDROOM SIDE TO THE ADJACENT GARAGE. TO
 PROVIDE/VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE SEPARATION
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R309.2 AND EXTERIOR WALLS AND
 OPENINGS PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE R302.1.
  
 7- SHEET A-1:
 A) DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WINDOWS DON'T CORRESPOND TO
 EXPOSURE "C" AS SPECIFIED ON THE WIND INFORMATION TABLE
 ON SAME SHEET. PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES BASED O THE
 WALL LOCATION (INTERIOR OR END) AND ACCORDING TO THE
 SIZE OF THE WINDOW.
  
 B) PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS.
  
 C) UPDATE WIND INFORMATION TABLE. REFERENCE CORRECT
 BUILDING CODE AND SECTION. REFER TO THE 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE AND SEC. R301. IN ADDITION THERE ARE
 NO TABLES 1606.2A AND 1606.2B.
  
 D) CLARIFY WHAT'S 17PSF BEARING ON THE ROOF DEAD LOAD?
  
 E) CLARIFY WHAT'S 30PSF BEARING ON THE TOTAL ROOF LIVE
 LOAD?
  
 F) CLARIFY WHAT'S ROOF TRUSS LOAD PER TRUSS
 ENGINEERING. ENGINEER OF RECORD IS THE ONE WHO PERFORMS
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE. TRUSSES ARE THEN DESIGNED
 PER THE ENGINEER OF RECORD DESIGN ASSUMPTIONS.
  
 G) REVISE AREA CALCULATIONS TO SHOW PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN. FLOOR PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY ENCLOSED PORCH. THIS
 WAS TAKEN FROM PAPA. INFORMATION NO LONGER MATCHES.
  
 H) UPDATE BUILDING NOTES TO REFLECT ACTUAL BUILDING
 CONDITIONS. THIS WAS TAKEN FROM PAPA. INFORMATION NO
 LONGER MATCHES.
  
 8- PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWS NEW A/C. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INFORMATION FOR A/C PERMIT UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 ALSO, PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN DOESN'T MATCH PROPOSED
 ELECTRICAL FLOOR PLAN. SEE LOCATION OF A/C AIR HANDLER
 UNIT AND COMPRESSOR UNIT. REVISE ELECTRICAL PLAN AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 9- SHEET A-2:
 A) WALL SECTION: THERE ARE SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2X4'S AND
 2X6'S ON SAME DRAWING. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 ALSO, BASE PLATE IS ATTACHED TO 2X10 FLOOR JOIST OR
 CONCRETE SLAB. REVISE AS REQUIRED. BOTH ARE MENTIONED.
  
 B) TYPICAL WALL SECTION. REVISE SIZE OF WOOD STUDS TO
 MATCH. ARE 2X4'S OR 2X6'S.
  
 C) REVISE EAST ELEVATION TO MATCH FLOOR PLAN. CHECK
 WINDOW ON MASTER BEDROOM.
  
 10- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
