 OPENINGS AND RTU DETAILS. PLEASE REMOVE OR REVISE
 LETTER TO CORRELATE WITH THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2. COVER LETTER, COVER SHEET, AND VARIOUS DETAILS REFER
 TO EXPOSURE CLASSIFICATION AS B, AND WIND SPEEDS OF
 120, 140, AN 146. THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH IS
 ENTIRELY IN THE 140MPH WIND ZONE, THIS PARCEL IS
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE C BASED ON AERIALS. PLEASE REVISE
 AFFECTED DETAILS AND NOTES. FBC1609.
  
 3. THERE ARE NUMEROUS RTU DETAILS. PLEASE LABEL EACH
 DETAIL WHICH IS APPLICABLE TO THIS JOB AND INCLUDE A
 DETAIL MARKER ON THE FLOOR PLAN, OR OTHERWISE IDENTIFY
 INSTALLATION LOCATION AND PURPOSE OF THE VARIOUS
 DETAILS. REMOVE DETAILS WHICH ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO
 THIS JOB.
  
 4. COMPONENT & CLADDING PRESSURES ARE FOR 120 EXPOSURE
 B AND ARE TOO LOW FOR THIS PROJECT. EITHER REMOVE THE
 NON COMPLIANT PRESSURES OR REVISE TO COMPLY. C & C
 DESIGN PRESSURES DO NOT APPEAR TO BE APPLICABLE TO THIS
 JOB.
  
 5. "PROJECT DATA" ON COVER SHEET STATE THAT THIS IS A

 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY; BASED ON OUR RECORDS, THIS WAS A
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. PLEASE SEE FBC EXISTING BUILDING
 CHAPTER 9 (OR APPLICABLE SECTION BAED ON METHOD OF
 COMPLIANCE). SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR
 A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. PLEASE ALSO SEE FBC 309,
