 1) SHEET A1.1 DETAIL# 3 /A1.3 THE BREAK ROOM SINK, THE
 SINK IS LOCATED AT 34" ABOVE FLOOR LEVEL BUT DOEN'T
 APPEAR TO HAVE A FRONTAL APPROACH. 11-4.24.3 KNEE
 CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST 27" HIGH 30" WIDE, AND 19"
 DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDERNEATH SINKS. 11-4.24.5
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT LEAST 30
 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY 1219 MM) COMPLYING WITH
 SECTION 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FRONT OF A SINK
 TO ALLOW FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL
 BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF
 19 INCHES (485 MM) UNDERNEATH THE SINK.
  
 2) SHEET A1.1 DETAIL# 6/ A1.3 THE RECEPTIONIST WALL
 SECTION INDICATES A COUNTER ON THE RECEPTIONIST SIDE OF
 THE WALL BUT NO COUNTER FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS TO BE
 ABLE TO TRANSACT BUSINESS. 11-7.2 SALES AND SERVICE
 COUNTERS, TELLER WINDOWS, INFORMATION COUNTERS.
 (2) AT TICKETING COUNTERS, TELLER STATIONS IN A BANK,
 REGISTRATION COUNTERS IN HOTELS AND MOTELS, BOX OFFICE
 TICKET COUNTERS, AND
 OTHER COUNTERS THAT MAY NOT HAVE A CASH REGISTER BUT AT
 WHICH GOODS OR SERVICES ARE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED,
 EITHER:
 (I) A PORTION OF THE MAIN COUNTER WHICH IS A MINIMUM OF
 36 INCHES (915 MM) IN LENGTH SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT
 OF 36 INCHES (915 MM); OR
 (II) AN AUXILIARY COUNTER WITH A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36
 IN (915 MM) IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE MAIN COUNTER
 SHALL BE PROVIDED; OR
 (III) EQUIVALENT FACILITATION SHALL BE PROVIDED (E.G.,
 AT A HOTEL REGISTRATION COUNTER, EQUIVALENT
 FACILITATION MIGHT CONSIST OF:
 (1) PROVISION OF A FOLDING SHELF ATTACHED TO THE MAIN
 COUNTER ON WHICH AN INDIVIDUAL WITH DISABILITIES CAN
 WRITE, AND
 (2) USE OF THE SPACE ON THE SIDE OF THE COUNTER OR AT

 4) PLEASE REVIEW THE EXISTING DOORS, 1-103/1, 1-104/1,
 1-106/1 & 1-115/1 THEY TO ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED 18"
 MANEUVERING CLEARENCES AT DOORS. PLEASE REVIEW
 11-4.1.6(2)(A) DISPROPORTIONATE COST AND LIST WHERE 20%
 OF THE CONTRACT VALUE TO UPGRADE
 TENANT SPACE TO COMPLY WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 5) SHEET A1.1PLANS DO NOT INDICATE IF THE EXTERIOR
 DOORS (1-105/ 1 & 2) HAVE DOOR CLOSERS IF THEY DO THEN
 THESE DOORS WOULD ALSO NEED TO HAVE 12" CLEAR ON THE
 LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR.
  
 6) ROOMS 116, 117 & 118 1WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS
 NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED
 AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST
 OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION, THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE
 MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE
 ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS.

 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,

 2007/2009 FBC- CHAPTER 11 ACCESSIBILITY SECTION
 11-4.1.3 (11) TOILET FACILITIES.
 IF TOILET ROOMS ARE PROVIDED, THEN EACH PUBLIC AND
 COMMON USE TOILET ROOM SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 11-4.22. OTHER TOILET ROOMS PROVIDED FOR
 THE USE OF OCCUPANTS OF SPECIFIC
 SPACES (I.E., A PRIVATE TOILET ROOM FOR THE OCCUPANT OF
 A PRIVATE OFFICE) SHALL BE ADAPTABLE.
  
 IF THE TOILET ROOMS ARE EXISTING, THEN FBC-B
 11-4.1.6(2) DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE
 EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY.
  
 1) WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE
 PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
