 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
 SHOW ALL INFORMATION ON THE SURVEY AND PLANS.
  
 3. THE SETBACKS WITHIN THIS PROPERTY SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 3'-1" ONE SIDE AND 4'-11" THE OTHER SIDE. A MINIMUM OF
 8' SHALL BE MAINTAINED BETWEEN HOUSES. THE APPLICANT
 SHALL PROVIDE THE LOCATION AND DIMENSION OF THE HOME(S)
 ADJACENT TO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. SHOW DIMENSIONS IN
 FEET AND INCHES (I.E. 3'-6"). SINCE PROPERTY IS
 SOMEWHAT ANGLED, SHOW DIMENSIONS WITHIN THE FRONT, MID
 AND REAR OF THE LOT AREAS THAT COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS ABOVE. THIS COMMENT IS FOR THE SURVEY. THE
 SITE PLAN SHOWS THE CORRECT DIMENSIONS.
  
 4, INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE SURVEY AND THE SITE
 PLAN. THE PLANS SHOW THE EQUIPMENT ENCROACHING INTO THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY AND IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THE
 SURVEY.
  
 5. REVISE DISCREPANCIES FOR THE LOCATION OF THE HOME
 REGARDING THE FRONT SETBACK. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE
 BUILDING'S GARAGE AT 20'11" AND THE SURVEY SHOWS THE
 BUILDING'S FRONTAGE AT 24.3'. THE DIMENSION OF THE
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE FROM THE CLOSEST STRUCTURE INCLUDING
 THE ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES BY THE GARAGE'S SIDE FACADE
 AS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6. PROVIDE THE TOTAL HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING'S HEIGHT ON
 SHEET A05.
