 REGISTERED ARCHITECT BUT THERE IS ALSO A YANG DESIGN
 GROUP, INC ON THE TITLE BLOCK WITH NO FLORIDA LICENSE
 NUMBER PLEASE REVIEW FL S S 481. 223 LICENSURE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERIOR DESIGN.
  
 2) THE NEW STORE CONFIGURATION INDICATED ON SHEET A100
 INDICATES A SINGLE EXIT DESIGN FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING,
 PLEASE PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN FOR EGRESS TRAVEL
 FROM THE MOST REMOTE POINT IN THE BUILDING, INCLUDE ANY
 KIOSK, STANDS THAT WILL IMPEDE EGRESS. THE
 SINGLE EXIT IS LIMITED IN MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY TO 30
 OCCUPANTS AND TRAVEL DISTANCE OF 75'-0". PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE TOTAL MERCANTILE SQ FOOTAGE,
 I BELIEVE YOU WILL SEE IT EXCEEDS 30 WHEN USING 30 SQ
 FT / OCCUPANT. SEE FBC-B TABLE 1019.2 &
 TABLE 1004.1.1 REQUIRING A MINIMUM OF TWO EXITS. PLEASE
 NOTE ALSO EGRESS DOORS ARE TO BE SIDE SWING DOORS, TTHE
 OVERHEAD DOORS WILL NOT MEET THE EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND LOAD.
  
 3) THE PLANS INDICATE THE INSTALATION OF NEW STORE
 FRONT SYSTEM, AND STEMWALL CONSTRUCTION:
 3A) PLANS ARE DEFICIENT IN PROVIDING WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA:1609.6.2 WIND DESIGN PROCEDURES
 1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, V, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3. THE WIND SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO COME
 FROM ANY HORIZONTAL DIRECTION.
 2) AN IMPORTANCE FACTOR, IW, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION1609.5.
 3) AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.4. NOTE "C" EXPOSURE
 4) A HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT COEFFICIENT, *
 SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TABLE 1609.6.2.1(4)
 5) POSITIVE & NEGATIVE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR INTERIOR
 ZONES(4) AND END ZONES(5).
  
 3B) PLANS A100 ALSO INDICATE A NEW KNEE WALL, PLEASE
 PROVIDE DESIGN FOR PART OF THE MWFRS, INCLUDING STEEL
 IMBEDMENT, SIZE OF REBAR & SPACING. ALSO PROVIDE THE
 MINIMUM DESIGN MIX FOR CONCRETE OR GROUT MIX.
  
 3C) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 3D) SHEET A100 ALSO INDICATE THE REUSE OF EXISTING
 SHUTTERS, THE CITY RECORDS DOESN'T INDICATE ANY PERMIT
 WAS EVER PULLED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THESE SHUTTERS
 NOR CAN THE TESTING FOR LARGE MISSILE IMPACT TESTING.
 1609.1.4 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS IN WIND-BORNE DEBRIS
 REGIONS, EXTERIOR GLAZING THAT RECEIVES POSITIVE
 PRESSURE IN THE LOWER 60 FEET (18.3 M) IN BUILDINGS
 SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE OPENINGS AND THE BALANCE OF
 GLAZED OPENINGS IN THE REST OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO BE ZERO UNLESS SUCH GLAZING THAT RECEIVES
 POSITIVE PRESSURE IS IMPACT RESISTANT OR PROTECTED WITH
 AN IMPACT RESISTANT COVERING MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF SSTD 12, ASTM E 1886 AND ASTM E 1996, OR MIAMI-DADE
 TAS 201, 202 AND 203 REFERENCED THEREIN AS FOLLOWS: 1.
 GLAZED OPENINGS LOCATED WITHIN 30 FEET (9.1 M) OF GRADE
 SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LARGE MISSILE .
  
 4) SHEET A100 INDICATES A NEW DOOR OPENING CUT INTO A
 BLOCK WALL BUT NO INFORMATION IS PROVIDED ON COLUMNS
 AND EITHER BEAM OR LINTEL TO HOLD THE REMAINDER OF
 BLOCK WORK IN PLACE.
  
 5) SHEET A100 WITHIN THE NEWLY A/C SPACE THE PLANS
 INDICATE A NEWLY TILE FLOOR PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL FOR
 THE NEW CHANGE IN ELEVATION FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE
