 UP.
  
 2- ENGINEER WHO PREPARED THE DRAWINGS TO SIGN, SEAL AND
 DATE ALL DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 3- CONTRACTOR SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS TITLE BLOCK DOESN'T
 MATCH CONTRACTOR SHOWN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
  
 4- SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R313.4 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- SPECIFY SMOKE ALARMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R313.2.1.
  
 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 C) ROOF TILE.
 D) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE.
 E) FLAT ROOF. AND PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL
 ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. IF GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA REQUIRES SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS, THEN, CALCULATIONS NEED TO
 BE SIGNED AND SEALED.
 ***NOTE: DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THIS
 BUILDING IS CONSIDERED EXPOSURE "C".
  
 F) HURRICANE SHUTTERS. AND , PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. HURRICANE OPENING PROTECTION IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE 2 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AND FRENCH DOOR.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC.
 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL SECTION AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR GABLE END ROOF TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R609.4
 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 9- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS, SECTION AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR NEW ENTRY STEPS AT NEW ENTRY PORCH TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R311.5.3.
  
 10- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND
 ENGINEERING FEES. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 108.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.

 A) UP[DATE GENERAL NOTE #1. REFER TO 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) REVISE GENERAL NOTE #26. ROOF ZONE #3 REQUIRES
 NAILING AT 4" O.C. NOT ONLY THE GABLE ENDS. SEE SEC.

 C) REVISE DESIGN CRITERIA. ACCORDING TO THE 2009
 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON
 EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". ALSO, REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 12- SECTION "B" ON SHEET #3: THE WIRE LATH ATTACHMENT
 NOTE SPECIFIES 1 1/2"LONG NAILS. ASTM C 1063 REQUIRES 1
 3/4" MIN. NAIL PENETRATION INTO HORIZONTAL WOOD FRAMING
 MEMBER. SEC. R703.6 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 REVISE SIZE OF NAIL AS REQUIRED BY ASTM C1063.
