| | IT SHOULD BE MULCHED TO MATCH WHAT HAS BEEN PROPOSED |
| | FOR THE PARKING ROW ALONG WEST SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT. |
| | THE PODOCARPUS HEDGE SHALL BE EXTENDED FOR THE FULL |
| | LENGTH OF THE PARKING LOT ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER. |

| | 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE (1) |
| | SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED |
| | BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION |
| | THEREOF. THIS APPLIES TO THE NORTH PERIMETER OF THE |
| | SITE. AN ADDITIONAL TREE SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE |
| | NORTH PERIMETER AT THE NORTHWEST AND NORTHEAST CORNER |
| | OF THE PARKING LOT. THE TREES SHOULD BE PLANTED FIVE |
