 2. FLOOD OPENINGS IN COMPLIANCE WITH NFIP REQUIREMENTS
 REQUIRED. SUBMIT A DETAIL AND A REVISED ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE SHOWING COMPLIANCE.

 A. SEE A8 ON ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. PRIOR TO FINAL
 INSPECTION, A "FINISHED CONSTRUCTION" ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WHICH SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH NFIP
 REQUIREMENTS IS REQUIRED. PROVIDE A DETAIL TO SHOW HOW
 COMPLIANCE IS PROPOSED.
  
 B. THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE PROVIDED AT PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS FOR "FINISHED CONSTRUCTION." AS NEW
 CONSTRUCTION IS PROPOSED (NEW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND
 SLAB, SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT), THREE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE RENOVATION;
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND
 FINISHED CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE PROVIDE A REVISED
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE, "CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS."
  
 C. SEE INSTRUCTIONS, A5, WHEN LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE
 ARE PROVIDED BY A SURVEYOR, PROVIDE METHOD USED IN
 COMMENTS.
  
 D. ORIGINAL SIGNED AND SEALED DOCUMENTS REQUIRED, SEE
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 E. SEE C2 A, 6.7 FEET IS STATED AS "TOP OF BOTTOM FLOOR
 (INCLUDING BASEMENT, CRAWLSPACE, OR ENCLOSURE FLOOR)."
 I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THIS ELEVATION ON THE SURVEY.
 THIS ELEVATION CONFLICTS WITH ARCHITECT'S DETAIL FOR
 MECHANICAL DUCTWORK. IF NECESSARY, USE THE COMMENTS
 SECTION TO CLARIFY AND TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH NFIP
 REQUIREMENTS. OWNER AND ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGE
 RESPONSIBILITY FOR FLOOR (INCLUDING BOTTOM OF JOISTS)
 AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (INCLUDING DUCTWORK) TO BE
 ABOVE 7'6". A REVISED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE TO BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 4. INCORPORATE THE DETAIL FOR DUCTWORK INTO THE PLAN.
 NEW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND DUCTWORK SHOWN. PROPOSED
 ELEVATION IS TO BE INCLUDED ON THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE AND ON THE PLAN, MUNICIPAL CODE 94-546(B).

 STAIR/CEILING OF STORAGE AREA). REVISE DETAIL.
  
 6. PLEASE RESOLVE EXPIRED PERMITS ON THIS ADDRESS PRIOR
