 1) THE TITLE BLOCK ON THE PLANS INDICATES THAT THERE
 ARE 8 SHEETS OF PLANS AND ONLY 7 SHEETS WERE SUBMITTED.
  
 2) THE REVISED DRAWINGS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING
 FAMILY ROOM ADDITION WILL BE DEMOLISHED AND A NEW TWO
 STORY ADDITION WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE SAME
 LOCATION. THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE ADDITION WILL
 MEET THE REQUIRED FLOOD ELEVATION WITH THE FINISH FLOOR
 AT OR ABOVE 7 FEET 6 INCHES. PLEASE REVISE THE VALUE OF
 THE JOB TO REFLECT THE INCREASE IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 ALSO, IS THE SCOPE OF WORK TO REMAIN AS A SHELL OR ARE
 THE INTERIOR FINISHES INCLUDED?
  
 3) THE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM
 BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.
 THIS CAN BE DONE AFTER ALL OF THE OTHER ISSUES HAVE
 BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE ADDITION ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 5) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED WITHIN 600 FEET OF THE
 INTER-COASTAL WATERWAY. FBC R301.2.1.4.3 REQUIRES THE
 ROOF SHEATHING UPLIFT AND ROOF TO WALL UPLIFT LOADS TO
 BE INCREASED BY 20 PERCENT. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 6) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE FRAMED OPENINGS IN THE
 EXTERIOR LOAD BEARING WALLS. INCLUDE THE HEADER SIZES
 AND STRAPPING. FBC R602.2.8
  
 7) SHOW ON THE PLANS THAT THE ALUMINUM GUARDRAIL FOR
 THE BALCONY COMPLIES WITH FBC R312.2 FOR OPENING
 LIMITATIONS AND R301.5 FOR LIVE LOADS.
  
 8) SUBMIT CALCULATIONS FOR THE BALCONY LOADING AND THE
 UPLIFT OF THE STONE ON SETTING BED THAT IS TO BE
 INSTALLED. SPECIFY THE SIZE AND THICKNESS OF THE STONE.
 PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS OF THIS SYSTEM. FBC
 R301.1
  
 9) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT IS REQUIRED
 TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS IN WRITING
 PER FBC 106.3.3.
  
 10) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOAS FOR THE HARDIPANEL SIDING
 DETAIL SHEETS 1-3 ARE MISSING THE INFORMATION ON EACH
 SIDE OF THE DRAWING. SUBMIT COMPLETE DRAWINGS.
  
 11) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOAS FOR THE TAMKO ROOF
 COVERING HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY NOA # 09-0820.11.
 SUBMIT THE CURRENT NOA. SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE
 APPROVED ASSEMBLIES AND FASTENING OPTION FROM THE NOA
 WILL BE USED. SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF ENHANCED FASTENING
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE SYSTEM THAT WILL BE USED TO MEET
 THE INCREASED UPLIFT REQUIREMENTS PERIMETER AND CORNER
 ROOF AREAS.
  
 12) PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
