 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK WAS CHANGED TO SEAL COATING THE
 PARKING LOT WITH THE RE-STRIPE TO MATCH EXISTING. THE
 PARKING LAYOUT PLAN SHOWS THE LANDSCAPE AT THE ENTRANCE
 OF THE BUILDING (NORTHEAST SIDE) BEING REMOVED AND
 REPLACED WITH THREE (3) HANDICAP PARKING SPACES. THIS
 MAY NOT BE ACCOMPLISHED AS PART OF A SEAL COATING
 PERMIT. IF IT IS TO BE DONE, IT WILL REQUIRE LANDSCAPE
 UPGRADES TO THE SITE AND A DEMOLITION PERMITTING TO
 REMOVE THE CURBING. NEW PLAN DOES NOT MATCH PREVIOUSLY
 APPROVED PLAN OR THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE SITE.
  
 2) THE PARKING LAYOUT PLAN SHOWS THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE SITE, ADJACENT TO THE FIRST
 NON-HANDICAP PARKING SPACE, IN A DIFFERENT
 CONFIGURATION THAN THE EXISTING ENTRANCE CONDITION. THE
 PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS THE LANDSCAPE AREA ENLARGED WHICH
 WOULD REQUIRE THE DEMOLITION AND ADDITION OF CURBING
 AND THE ADDITION OF SODDED AREA. SITE PERMITTING IS
 REQUIRED FOR THIS WORK. NEW PLAN DOES NOT MATCH
 PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLAN OR THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE
 SITE.
  
 3) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY WITH PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLAN
 AND THE CONFIGURATION OF THE END OF THE PARKING ROW
 ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERN PROPERTY LINE ADJACENT TO THE
 PARKING SPACE CLOSEST TO THE BUILDING. THE PROPOSED
 PLAN SHOWS AN ISLAND, THE EXISTING PLAN DOES NOT. THE
 SEAL COAT PERMIT AS SUBMITTED WILL NOT COVER THIS WORK.
  
 4) DUE TO THE SUBMITTED PLANS SHOWING INACCURATE
 INFORMATION AND NOT MATCHING EXISTING CONDITIONS (2009
 AERIAL) OR PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS FOR THE SECOND
 SUBMITTAL, A SURVEY OF THE SITE, LESS THAN ONE YEAR
 OLD, SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THE NEXT SUBMITTAL. ALL
 PLANS SHALL BE BASED UPON THE DIMENSIONS AND
 CONFIGURATION SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT - THE CITY REQUIRES PARKING SPACES TO
 BE DOUBLE STRIPED AND WHEEL STOPS TO BE LOCATED TWO (2)
 FEET FROM THE END OF THE PARKING SPACE.. THE CITY'S
 STANDARD PARKING DETAIL SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE
 RESUBMITTAL.
