 1) THE SURVEY DOES NOT DEPICT THE SAME CONDITIONS AS
 THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE PROPERTY. THE AERIAL SHOWS A
 CURB CUT AND DRIVEWAY ONTO LYTLE STREET. PROVIDE A
 RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD.
  
 2) SECTION 94-313 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS ONLY PERMIT ONE (1) ACCESS POINT (DRIVEWAY)
 TO THIS PROPERTY. THE PROPOSED SECOND ACCESS POINT IS
 NOT PERMITTED.
  
 3) NO PERMITS WERE APPROVED TO REMOVE THE DRIVEWAY
 SHOWN IN THE 2009 AERIAL. IF THE DRIVEWAY HAS BEEN
 REMOVED, THEN RETROACTIVE PERMITS SHALL BE SECURED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT PARING REQUIREMENT FOR SINGLE FAMILY
 HOUSES IS TWO (2) ON-STREET PARKING SPACES. IF THE
 DRIVEWAY ONTO LYTLE STREET IS REMOVED, THEN THE
 REPLACEMENT DRIVEWAY SHALL BE ADEQUATE FOR A MINIMUM OF
 TWO (2) CARS. THE PROPOSED 20 FOOT LONG RIBBON STRIP
 DRIVEWAY IS ONLY LARGE ENOUGH FOR ONE CAR.
