 1) THE REVISED PLANS INCORRECTLY SPECIFY THE WIND-SPEED
 AS 120 MPH. THE CORRECT WIND-SPEED FOR WEST PALM BEACH
 IS 140 MPH AND THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY FOR THIS BUILDING
 IS C. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 2) THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES ARE TOO LOW FOR
 THE ADDITIONS TO THE MAIN HOUSE. THE PRESSURES NEED TO
 REFLECT THE 140 MPH WIND-SPEED, THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY C
 AND THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 26 FEET.
  
 3) THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES ARE TOO LOW FOR
 THE ADDITIONS TO THE CABANA. THE PRESSURES NEED TO
 REFLECT THE 140 MPH WIND-SPEED, THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY C
 AND THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 26 FEET.
  
 4) THE ELEVATIONS FOR THE CABANA ON A-02 SPECIFIES THE
 TOP OF THE PARAPET WALL AT THE ADDITION AS 34'-10".
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES FOR THE
 ADDITION ROOFS ARE INCORRECT. THE ADDITIONS ALL HAVE
 FLAT ROOFS AND THE EFFECTIVE WIND AREA IS 10 SQFT. IF
 USING TABLES R301.2(2) AND R301.2(3).
  
 6) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS ARE NOT SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER AGENT. THE FORMS HAVE THE EXTERIOR WALLS AS R-6
 AND THE PLANS HAVE R-4. THE CEILING INSULATION ON THE
 FORMS IS R-30 AND THE PLANS HAVE R-19. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) THE ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE JOHNS MANVILLE
 TORCH DOWN MODIFIED ROOF REQUIRES SIGNED AND SEALED
 CALCULATIONS FOR ENHANCED FASTENING FOR THE HIGHER
 UPLIFTS AT THE CORNER AND PERIMETER AREAS. SPECIFY THE
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND FASTENING OPTION FROM THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR A NON-INSULATED WOOD DECK THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED AND SUBMIT THE ENHANCED FASTENING
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 8) THE PLANS SPECIFY AN 1/8" PER FOOT SLOPE ON THE FLAT
 ROOFS. THE MINIMUM SLOPE ALLOWED BY THE CODE IS 1/4"
 PER FOOT PER FBC R905.11.1. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R903.4.1 AND FBC PLUMBING
 1107.1 - 1107.3 FOR SECONDARY (EMERGENCY) ROOF DRAINS.
 THESE ARE REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO THE PRIMARY DRAINS
 SHOWN ON THE REVISED DRAWINGS.
  
 10) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR
 THE PROJECT. FBC 106.3.3
