 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) IT APPEARS THAT PERMIT APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED FOR EACH BUILDING THAT IS HAVING WORK
 PERFORMED, BUT NO PERMIT WAS APPLIED FOR THE SITE WORK.
 A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION SHOULD BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE SITE WORK TO BE PERFORMED FOR THE
 COMMON AREAS (OUTSIDE OF THE EXTERIOR BUILDING WALLS)
 (I.E. SIDEWALKS, RAMPS, PORCHES/PATIOS, ETC.).
  
 2) FOR EACH BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION, THE PROJECT
 DESCRIPTION SHOULD ACCURATELY REFLECT THE WORK THAT IS
 BEING DONE SOLELY WITHIN THAT BUILDING. IT APPEARS THAT
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION WAS DUPLICATED TO REFLECT ALL
 WORK BEING DONE, AND IS NOT AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF
 THE WORK BEING DONE WITHIN THAT SPECIFIC BUILDING.
  
 3) IT IS UNCLEAR ON THE SITE PLANS AS TO WHAT IS
 EXISTING AND WHAT IS BEING PROPOSED. PLEASE DISTINGUISH
 WHAT WORK IS BEING PROPOSED IN RELATION TO WHAT
 IMPROVEMENTS ARE EXISTING.
  
 4) NUMEROUS RAMPS, STAIRS, RAILINGS, ETC. APPEAR TO
 ENCROACH INTO THE FRONT SETBACKS ALONG SOUTHERN
 BOULEVARD AND ROSELAND DRIVE. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(7) OF THE CITY???S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, STEPS, OPEN UNCOVERED PORCHES
 OR STOOPS, ETC. THAT ARE THREE (3) FEET OR LESS ABOVE
 GRADE MAY ENCROACH INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK TO A POINT
 NOT CLOSER THAN TWO (2) FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM GRADE TO THE TOP OF
 THE STEPS/PORCH/STOOP FOR EACH BUILDING. IF THE GRADE
 DIFFERENTIAL IS GREATER THAN THREE (3) FEET, THEY SHALL
 MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIMARY STRUCTURES. NOTE:
 THE CURRENT STAIR RAILINGS DETAIL ON SHEET A1.6 REFERS
 TO THE RISER SCHEDULE ON THE QUADRANT PLANS; HOWEVER,
 THE RISER SCHEDULE DOES NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION FOR
 ALL OF THE BUILDINGS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
