 1. PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE PROPOSED BUILDING (STRUCTURE) ON THE SURVEY
 DEPICTING DIMENSIONS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. ALL
 SETBACKS SHALL MEET THE IBIS RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT ("RPD") SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED
 A/C/MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 5. THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ENCROACHES WITHIN THE UTILITY
 EASEMENT; EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS ARE REQUIRED FROM THE
