 2- PROVIDE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.3 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 ***NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE CORRECT UPDATED FORM IS USED
 AND FILL ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE FORM.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
  
 A) WINDOW MULLIONS. AND CLEARLY MARK ON MULLION
 DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MULLION SIZE AND FASTENERS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) ARCHED WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. NOA 08-0917.08
 SUBMITTED IS FOR RECTANGULAR WINDOWS ONLY. AND PROVIDE
 2 COPIES.
  
 C) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. ONLY ONE NOA WAS SUBMITTED.
 NEED TWO COPIES.
  
 D) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY: AND (1) CLEARLY MARK WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED. (2) PROVIDE
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER
 AND CORNER AREAS. (3) RAS 117 CALCULATIONS TO BE SIGNED
 AND SEALED IF GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA
 REQUIRES THEM TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED. ***NOTE:
 ASSEMBLIES WITH GENERAL LIMITATION #9 CAN'T BE USED IN
 THIS BUILDING.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO
 CHECK IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE WHEN CONVERTING THE PORCH
 TO LIVING SPACE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
