 TO $95,000 AS PART OF THIS PERMIT RESUBMITTAL. THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS SHOW THE SAME SCOPE OF WORK AS THE
 ORIGINAL PLANS. PROVIDE A REVISED COST BREAKDOWN TO
 VERIFY THAT THE WORK IS $95,000.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR
 OLD, IS REQUIRED.
  
 A SURVEY WAS NOT PROVIDED. THIS IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT BY THE ZONING DIVISION.
  
 3) THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE HAS BEEN INCLUDED
 ON THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS (UNABLE TO VERIFY EXACT
 LOCATIONS AS NO SURVEY PROVIDED). ACCORDING TO THE
 ELEVATION DRAWINGS, ELEMENTS OF THE FACADE ARE BEING
 CONSTRUCTED ACROSS THE PROPERTY LINE. THE BUILDING MAY
 NOT OVERHANG THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHOUT APPROVAL
 FROM THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE
 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY OVERHANG AND THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH FOR THE EL PRADO OVERHANG.
  
 4) PLEASE CONSIDER FINISHING THE BACK OF THE HIP ROOF
 INSTEAD OF DROPPING IT JUST BEHIND THE PEAK. THIS WILL
 PRESENT A MORE ARCHITECTURALLY COMPLETE LOOK FROM THE
 NORTH AND SOUTH VIEWS.
  
 5) THE MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
 COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT IS 30 FEET NOT 42 FEET AS
 SHOWN ON THE COVER SHEET. THIS SHEET WAS NOT CHANGED AS
 STATED IN THE COMMENT RESPONSES.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE LIGHT POLE AND THE
 LIGHT FIXTURE.
  
 7) THE NEW SIGNS REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. NOTE: THE
 PROPOSED MONUMENT SIGN APPEARS TO BE REMOVING A PARKING
 SPACE. THE CURRENT SITE IS DEFICIENT IN PARKING.
  
 8) THE POST IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE, WHICH
 PREVIOUSLY HOUSED A SIGN, DOES NOT CONFORM TO CURRENT
 SIGN LOCATIONAL STANDARDS FOR A NEW SIGN AND SHALL BE
 REMOVED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. IT SHALL BE
 SO NOTED ON THE PLANS.
  
 9) THE PARKING LOT STRIPING DOES NOT CONFORM TO WPB
 REQUIREMENTS. THE CITY REQUIRES THAT PARKING SPACES BE
 DOUBLE STRIPED. A SEPARATE PERMIT TO RESTRIPE THE
 PARKING LOT IN CONFORMANCE WITH CODE SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
