 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF SIGNED AND SEALED
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST, SHALL BE INCLUDED
 WITH THE SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT.
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OF PORTION, THEREOF.
 CLUSTERING OF REQUIRED TREES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CITY
 APPROVAL. A HEDGE OR OTHER SHRUB PLANTING SHALL EXTEND
 THE FULL LENGTH OF THE BUFFER. LANDSCAPING ALONG THE
 NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE DOES NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT.THE PROPOSED SABAL PALMS ON THE SOUTH SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, AS
 WELL.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C), PALM TREES MAY BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE SHADE
 OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (B), WHENEVER THE
 CLUSTERING OF PALM TREES IS UTILIZED, A MINIMUM OF
 THREE PALM TREES PER CLUSTER SHALL BE REQUIRED.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3), OFF-STREET
 PARKING LOTS CONTAINING AT LEAST 12 INTERIOR PARKING
 SPACES SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE TOTAL SIZE OF
 SUCH LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE EQUAL TO TEN SQUARE FEET
 FOR EACH PARKING SPACE AND SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE
 INTERIOR OF THE OF AN OFF-STREET PARKING AREA.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPED ISLANDS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN
 WIDTH, EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB. THE ISLAND AT THE
 WEST END OF THE PARKING ROW THAT CONTAINS SIX SPACES
 DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR GARBAGE OR
 TRASH RECEPTACLES AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL
 NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS
 PROVIDED. THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
 PAVEMENT SURROUNDING THE ENCLOSURE SHALL BE REMOVED TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE REQUIRED PLANTING.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL OF THE ITEMS
 ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, INCLUDING THE LOCATION OF ALL
 UTILITIES (OVERHEAD AND UNDERGROUND), EASEMENTS, SITE
 LIGHTING, OVERHANGING TREE CANOPIES AND ANYTHING ELSE
 THAT MAY HAVE AN IMPACT UPON THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (4), FOR OTHER PAVED
 AREAS UTILIZED BY MOTOR VEHICLES, INCLUDING AISLES,
 LOADING AREAS, CIRCULATING AREAS AND DRIVE-IN SERVICE
 AREAS, ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS
 FOLLOWS: FOUR SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA SHALL BE
 REQUIRED FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET, OR FRACTION THEREOF.
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE A CITY APPROVED STRIPING DETAIL ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
