 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
 SHOW DIMENSIONS FROM SHED TO ALL PROPERTY LINES ON
 SURVEY AND PLANS.
  
 NOTE: 2. THIS PROPERTY WAS PART OF A CLASS B SPECIAL
 USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE. THE FINAL
 ORDER 3264 WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS ON APRIL 1,
 2010. THE FOLLOWING IS AN EXCERPT OF THE CONDITIONS:
  
  
 A. THE APPLICANT SHALL APPLY AND OBTAIN A BUILDING
 PERMIT TO RECTIFY THE CONVERSION OF THE EXISTING
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURE INTO A DWELLING UNIT, OTHERWISE,
 THE STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH THE
 APPROPRIATE PERMITS AND MEETING ALL REGULATIONS OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR") AND
 BUILDING CODE;
  
 B. THE SITE SHALL BE DEVELOPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING PLANS, ONLY IF THE CONVERTED ACCESSORY
 APARTMENT STRUCTURE SHOWN ON PLANS IS DEEMED TO MEET
 ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A DWELLING UNIT
 ("EXHIBIT A"):
  
 I. "AS-BUILT," SITE PLAN, FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS,
 SHEET A-1, SIGNED AND SEALED BY DEREK SCHENAVAR, P.E.
 OF DKK CONSULTING, INC., ON FEBRUARY 2, 2010.
