 BEACH COUNTY & ITS ASSOCIATED PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE SHOWED A DIFFERENT PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 510
 EVERNIA ST FOR PCN# 74434321010220010 (LOT 1), WHEREAS
 OUR DATABASES HAD IT AS A DUPLICATE 512 EVERNIA ST
 (WHICH WAS ALSO THE PRIMARY ADDRESS FOR PCN#
 74434321010220020). THEREFORE, I DID A FIELD INSPECTION
 & VERIFIED THAT THE COUNTY WAS RIGHT IN THAT PCN#
 74434321010220010 (LOT 1) WAS INDEED 510 EVERNIA ST &
 PCN# 74434321010220020 (LOT 2) WAS EXCLUSIVELY 512
 EVERNIA ST. THIS PERMIT WAS ALREADY REFERENCED TO PCN#
 74434321010220010 IN COMMUNITYPLUS. I CORRECTED THE
 DATA IN GIS & COMMUNITYPLUS FOR PCN# 74434321010220010
 TO REFLECT THE CORRECT PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 510 EVERNIA
 ST, AND I UPDATED THE OWNER INFORMATION FROM FERN
 EVERNIA INVESTMENTS LLC TO CITY PLACE NORTH PARTNERS LP
 FOR BOTH PARCELS. THIS PERMIT REFERENCES TWO PARCELS
 PCN#S 74434321010220010 AT 510 EVERNIA ST &
 74434321010220020 AT 512 EVERNIA ST. SINCE I WAS ONLY
 PROVIDED WITH A COPY, PLEASE CORRECT IT ON THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT APPLICATION TO ALSO REFERENCE PCN#

 ADDRESS AS WE DID NOT HAVE 510 EVERNIA.
