 CEILINGS AND THE NEW TRUSSES, ROOF SHEATHING.
 1C) NEW PERMIT REQUIRED FOR NEW ROOFING SYSTEM.
 SEPERATE REVIEW, AND ASSOCIATED FEES.

 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) DISCCREPANCY IN PLANS, THE RIGHT ELEVATION INDICATES
 THE EXISTING ROOF TO BE SHINGLES BUT THE W-1 WALL
 SECTION INDICATES THE USE OF FLAT CONCRETE TILE.
 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE AN
 ADDITIONAL ROOFING PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED WITH
 SEPERATE REVIEW AND FEES. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE TYPE OF SYSTEM TO BE
 INSTALLED ON YOUR ROOFING. IF THE EXISTING ROOF IS
 GOING TO HAVE CONCRETE ROOF TILES INSTALLED ON THE
 EXISTING ROOF FRAMING A ENGINEER WILL NEED TO EVALUATE
 THE ROOFING SYSTEM TO SEE IF THE ROOF FRAMING WILL TAKE
 THE ADDITIONAL DEAD LOAD OF THE ROOF TILE.
  
 3) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS, LOWER LEFT CORNER OF PLANS THE
 FRONT ELEVATION INDICATES THE GABLE END TO HAVE A 2'-0"
 OVERHANG ON THE GABLE END WHERE AS THE ROOF FRAMING
 DETAIL
 INDICATES A W-1 WALL SECTION, THIS WOULD CREATE A HIP
 AND NOT A GABLE END. THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN ALSO APPEARS
 TO HAVE A 1'-0" OVER HANG. IF THE FRONT ELEVATION IS
 CORRECT WITH THE 2'-0" OVERHANG ON THTE GABLE END WOULD
 THE PLAN NOT REQUIRE A DROPPED GABLE FOR THE PROPOSED
 2'-0" OVERHANG? 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) PLANS WILL NOW REQUIRE A TERMITE SOIL PRETREAT SINCE
 THE CONCRETE SLAB IS BEING CUT AND NEW FOUNDATION IS
 BEING ADDED. FBC-RESIDENTIALR320.1 & TABLE R301.2(6).
