 REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH MATCHING CURB, AND SODDED.
  
 PRIOR TO THE FIRST INSPECTION, THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED:
  
 1) A SITE-SPECIFIC LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATING COMPLIANCE
 WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY???S ZLDRS.
  
 2) A SITE-SPECIFIC IRRIGATION PLAN.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
