 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED PLANS SHOW AN OVERHEAD DOOR FACING THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. IS THE INTENTION TO DRIVE
 THE GOLF CART OUT THROUGH THIS AREA, OVER THE SOD? WILL
 THERE BE ADDITIONAL WORK PERFORMED TO ACCOMMODATE CART
 DRIVING OVER SOD? PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS AN
 EXISTING 15-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT FROM THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
 THE SURVEY SUBMITTED WAS A PARTIAL ONE AND DOES NOT
 OBTAIN INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 4. HAS THE APPLICANT OBTAINED APPROVAL BY THE HOME
 OWNER'S ASSOCIATION ("HOA"), PROVIDE A COPY OF APPROVED
 PLANS AND LETTER.
