 2007 FBC WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- A) ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVISE THE DESIGN CRITERIA.
 ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF THE
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED ON
 EXPOSURE "C" NOT EXPOSURE "B". REVISE DESIGN EXPOSURE
 AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) REVISE THE OPENINGS DESIGN PRESSURES TO MATCH
 BUILDING EXPOSURE AS REQUIRED BY ITEM 1(A) ABOVE.
  
 2- A) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR THE TRUSS CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS.
  
 B) ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW PRODUCT APPROVALS PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL. SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 4- PLANS TO SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R313.4 OF THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE
 (2009 REVISIONS).
  
 5- EXISTING LANAI AREA WAS CHANGED TO GARAGE AREA.
 EXISTING BATHROOM WINDOW IS OPENING ONTO THE NEW GARAGE
 AREA. NEED TO PROVIDE OPENING PROTECTION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R309.
  
 6- CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE OF EGRESS WINDOW TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLEAR WIDTH, HEIGHT AND TOTAL
 OPENING AREA AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R310.
  
 7- ACCORDION SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE:
  
 A) REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES. COORDINATE WITH ITEM
 #1(A) ABOVE.
  
 B) REVISE THE ANCHOR SPACING TO COORDINATE WITH THE
 REVISED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 C) CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS SPECIFIC ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE THE
 REVISED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 D) EDGE DISTANCE ON SHUTTERS ANCHOR SCHEDULE IS BASED
 ON 3 1/2" EDGE DISTANCE. SEE SHEET 14 OF 28 OF SHUTTERS
 DRAWINGS. EDGE DISTANCE SHOWN ON THE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE SUBMITTED IS SHOWN AS 2". NEED TO REVISE THE
 ANCHOR SPACING AS REQUIRED BY EDGE DISTANCE TABLE ON
 SHEET 14 OF SHUTTERS DRAWING SUBMITTED.
