 UPDATE THE VALUE OF SCOPE OF PERMIT.
  
 2) PLEASE CORRECT THTE ADDRESS (1156 ELIZABETH AVE) AND
 PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER (74-43-43-28-09-007-0250) ON
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION IF THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS BEING
 PERMITED. THE WRONG PCN IS ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 THIS WILL NEED TO BE CORRECTED REGARDLESS OF SCOPE OF
 WORK.
  
 3) MANY OF THE TENANT SPACES INDICATE WAREHOUSE, PLEASE
 PROVIDE A OCCUPANCY TYPE, THE DESCRIPTION WAREHOUSE
 COULD BE TAKEN AS A S-1, S-2, F-1 OR F-2 OCCUPANCY
 PLEASE REVIEW
 TABLE 508.3.3 FOR OCCUPANCY SEPERATION REQUIREMENTS
 WALL TYPE IN HOURS. THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY BETWEEN
 TTHTE MERCANTILE / S-2 OCCUPANCIES WILL REQUIRE 2 HR
 SEPERATION WALL.
 DEPENDING ON THE S-1 AND S-2 OCCUPANCIES THERE WOULD
 ALSO BE 2 HR SEPERATION REQUIRED.
