 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED GARAGE ADDITION TO
 ALL PROPERTY LINES ON BOTH THE PLANS AND SURVEY.
 PURSUANT TO THE IBIS RPD REGULATIONS, SIDE LOADING
 GARAGE NEEDS A MINIMUM 15-FOOT FRONT SETBACK AND
 FRONT-LOAD GARAGE HAS A 20-FOOT FRONT SETBACK.
  
 3. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE REMOVAL/RELOCATION OF ANY LANDSCAPING (I.E. PALM
 TREES). THERE IS ALSO A 10-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAT MAY NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
 WHEN PERFORMING THE INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPING. PLEASE
