 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED "U" DRIVE WITH TWO (2) ACCESS POINTS
 WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE PROCESSED DURING THE INTERIM
 PENDING CODE REVISION AMENDMENT THAT WILL ALLOW
 "U-SHAPE DRIVEWAYS," SET TO BE CODIFIED WITHIN THE NEXT
 FEW MONTHS. HOWEVER, THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS WILL
 STILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 NOTE: THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE SQUARE FOOTAGE PROVIDED
 ON THE SITE PLAN FOR THE LANDSCAPED AREAS WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD ARE NOT ACCURATE. UPON A SITE VISIT, STAFF
 HAS DETERMINED THAT THE LANDSCAPE IS DEFICIENT AND DOES
 NOT MEET THE MINIMUM 1,000 SQUARE FEET. ADDITIONALLY,
 THE U-SHAPE DRIVEWAYS THAT WILL BE ALLOWED SHALL BE A
 MAXIMUM OF 10 FEET IN WIDTH FOR EACH ACCESS POINT FOR A
 TOTAL OF 20 FEET OF ACCESS FOR A PARTICULAR PROPERTY.
 THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY HAS A TOTAL OF 20 FEET IN WIDTH
 PLUS THE ADDITIONAL DRIVE (ACCESS POINT) HAS A WIDTH OF
 10 FEET FOR A TOTAL OF 30 FEET. THE EXCESS OF PAVEMENT
 IS THE REASON THAT THE PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT
 IS NOT BEING MET. THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL BE
 MAKING THEIR OWN COMMENTS REGARDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 ("ROW") ACCESS POINTS AND WORK ALREADY PERFORMED.
