 CONSISTENCY:
  
 1. FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW, PLEASE REVISE THE PLAN TO
 INCLUDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND
 THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE(S). BASED ON INFORMATION
 PROVIDED REGARDING THE SITE, THE ACCESSIBLE SPACES
 SHOWN ARE NOT LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE,
 SEE FBC11-4.6.2.
  
 2ND REVIEW, BASED ON THE NEW INFORMATION PROVIDED, IT
 APPEARS THAT THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING IS LOCATED FARTHER
 FROM THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE THAN OTHER SPACES. IT
 APPEARS THAT, RATHER THAN CREATE AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 FROM FARTHER PARKING SPACES, THE ROUTE SHOULD BE
 CREATED FROM THE PARKING SPACES WHICH ARE CLOSEST TO
 THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE RAMPS PROPOSED. NOTE
 THAT RAMPS ARE TO COMPLY WITH FBC11-4.7 (CURB RAMPS) OR
 FBC11-4.8 (RAMPS).
  
 2ND REVIEW, THE PLAN PROVIDED APPEARS TO BE AN 8 1/2" X
 11" REDUCED SHEET BASED ON A 24"X36" PLAN. IT IS VERY
 DIFFICULT TO READ. SOME NUMBERS ARE ENTIRELY ILLEGIBLE
 DUE TO THE VERY SMALL SIZE. PLEASE SUBMIT FULL SIZE
 PLANS. SEE FBC106, PLANS ARE TO BE LEGIBLE.
  
 A SP2, RAMP IS LABELED AS A CURB RAMP BUT NOT DRAWN AS
 SUCH, SEE FBC 11 FIGURE 12.
  
 SP2, SEE FBC 11 4.29.2 AND FIGURE 11 40. IT IS NOT
 CLEAR WHY THE DETECTABLE WARNING IN DETAIL A IS ON AN
 ANGLE, DETAIL B IS A SEMICIRCLE. A COMPLETE REVIEW OF
 THE DETAILS HAS NOT BEEN DONE AT THIS TIME PENDING A
 FULL SIZE DETAIL WITH LEGIBLE TEXT.
  
 3. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR ALL PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION. RAMPS
 AND DETECTABLE WARNINGS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLAN, PLEASE
 PROVIDE DETAILS.
  
 2ND REVIEW, PLEASE PROVIDE A FULL SIZE PLAN FOR REVIEW.
  
 4. REVISE PLAN TO PROVIDE ENOUGH INFORMATION TO SHOW
 SITE CONDITIONS. FOR INSTANCE, I CANNOT DETERMINE WHAT
 AREAS ARE LANDSCAPE, WALLS, OR SIDEWALKS. THIS
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT
 EDGE PROTECTION WOULD BE REQUIRED, FBC11-4.8.7. THIS IS
 NOT REQUIRED FOR THE ENTIRE SITE, BUT SHOULD BE
 PROVIDED FOR AREAS OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 PLEASE SEE OTHER COMMENTS REGARDING FULL SIZE PLANS. MY
 UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THERE IS A WALL LOCATED ADJACENT
 TO THE SIDEWALK, BUT NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN. IT IS NOT
 CLEAR WHAT ELEMENTS ARE BETWEEN THE EXISTING ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE (WHICH YOU PROPOSE TO ELIMINATE) AND THE
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
  
 5. THE PLAN IS TO INCLUDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESIGN (MUST
 BE A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL).
  
 2ND REVIEW, DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ARCHITECT AND
 SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED,
 DATED ORIGINALS FS481.
  
 6. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR THIS JOB.
  
 7. (NEW COMMENT) DETAIL 2 SP1, HANDICAP PARKING SIGN TO
 INCLUDE THE FINE AND THE 84" DIMENSION SHOULD BE FROM
 GRADE TO BOTTOM OF SIGN (DIMENSION APPEARS TO BE
 RELATED TO FOOTING), FBC11-4.6.4.
